SENTENCE STRUCTURE:

"The advantages of ... more than compensate for the disadvantages."

Meaning: A way to show that the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. 

Example: "The advantages of progress more than compensate for the disadvantages."

Q. While some say progress is generally positive, others say there are many negative consequences. Explain your view, giving relevant reasons and examples. (Type 2 Question)
